He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hawkins and Margaret Florence Heater Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Shreve of Rock Cave; his children, Dale Hawkins (Dauna) of Buckhannon, Glen Wesley Hawkins, Jr. (Barb) of Rock Cave, Donald Wayne Hawkins (Joy) of Winchester, TN, Pamela Joy Queen (Wayne) of Buckhannon and Shirley Jane Corder of Clarksburg, WV; his grandchildren, Andrea Grimm (Jeff), Jaimee Hendrick (Jimmy), Alisia Queen, Rebecca Nottingham, Erin Hawkins, Kailee Clark (Jay), Harmony Kopelov, Desiree Corder, Darren Queen, Aaron Harpold, Bobby Corder (Tasha) and David Corder; his great grandchildren, Elena Grimm, Marci, Marigold, Magnolia Queen, Amara Corder, John Conley, Trey Nottingham, Levi and Ezra Corder; his sisters, Geraldine Belt of Amhurst, OH, Carolyn Shreve of Buckhannon, Frances Lockhart, Kathleen Able of Delaware, OH and Wilma Jean Nichols of Jacksonville, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Jodie Moran (Terry) of Lexington, KY and Patty Bennett (Darrell) of Raleigh, NC.. He is also survived by children.
