She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Clarence and Lula Grace Berry Wilson; her husband Mason Lee Neely; her son Denzil Allen; her daughter-in-law Sharon Neely; her daughter Vicki Diane Sheppard; her brother-in-law Gary Crites; and her siblings, Hobert, Monter, Carl, Doris, Millie, Esta Mae, Hildred and Vern.
She is survived by: her grandson S. Christopher (Angel Phillips) of Powell, TN; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Rebekah, Gideon, Tirzah and Hannah; her grandson Benjamin (Marisha Phillips) of Bruceton Mills, WV; her great grandchildren, Ashlynn and Kaylan; her grandson Brian Patrick Neely of Manchester, NH; her great grandchildren, Colin, Claire and Cameron; her son-in-law Richard N. Sheppard; her daughter Janet Starr Sheppard (James Moser) of Siler City, NC; and her brother Carroll "Art" Wilson of Holly Grove. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Dora donated her time to many organizations across the area which included Upshur County Parish House, Banks District Fire Department, Red Hat Society, SUBA, CEO's, and set on the Board for Holly River State Park.
