He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Keener and Novella Keener; his granddaughter Erin Keener; and his siblings, Jacqueline, Barbara, Don and Danny.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, William Keener (Debbie) and Michele DeMary (Dave); his brothers, Jerry of Rivesville, Dave of Rivesville and Richard Keener of Rivesville; and his grandchildren, Mark Keener, Chandra Monseau, Brooke Able and Devin Graziani.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel (207 2nd St, Rivesville, WV 26588). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
