She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Russell Sine and Marge Marie Haught Sine; her husband William Jack Horner; and her daughter Tracey Rachell Horner. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Marissa Sue Pownell of Cranberry Township, PA, Kailee Bree Pownell of Fairmont and Christian Scott Pownell of Rivesville; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Alexander Osacar, Kadri Sebastian Hughes and Legend Nasir Kree Hughes; and her siblings, Kenneth Richard Sine of Fairmont and Nancy Carpenter (Buzzy) of Fairmont.
