He is survived by: his children, Roy Edward Harper (Florine), Kay Harper of Arnettsville and DeEtta Offutt (Patrick) of Rivesville; his grandchildren, Jerico Offutt of Rivesville, Roscoe Offutt of Rivesville, Joseph Harper of Arnettsville and James Harper of Arnettsville; and his cousins, Lucile and Debra of Parkersburg.
The family has asked for donations to be made in Roy's name to the American Lung Association, 5755 Granger Rd Ste 905, Independence, OH 44131.
