He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia Perkins; his sister Katrina Wells; and his grandparents, Linda and Charles Perkins (Doodle). He is survived by: his father Rodney Wells; his stepmother Marsha Wells of Rivesville; his brothers, Rodney Berg of Petersburg and Zachariah Brewer; his close friend Hannah Williams (Mathew Costello) of Daybrook; his sister Emma Wells of Rivesville; his nieces, Hope Berg, Alexandria Williams and Kenzie Costello; and his nephew Clayton Williams.
