She was predeceased by: her parent James Albert; and her brother James Albert Carpenter, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Kathaleen M. Whisman Carpenter; her husband Randolph Allen Bell; her daughter Ashton Suzanne Bell (Gary Boggs) of Rivesville, WV; her grandchild Stefan James Boggs; and her siblings, Jack (Melanie Carpenter) of Fairmont, Kathy Haught (Bill Carpenter) of Rivesville, Rose Haught (Randy Headley) of Myrtle Beach and Linda Haught of Rivesville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
