He is survived by: his wife Barbara Grounds Satterfield; his daughters, Mary (Jason) of Wheeling, Elizabeth of Summersville and Joni (Justin) of Cowen; his grandchildren, Jamie, Warren, Ryan, Owen and Daisy; and his stepgrandchildren, Bently and Joslyn.
The family requested that the guidelines for facial covers and social distancing be followed for the services.
