It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Addison Mitchell Sr. of Rivesville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mitchell and Opal Kennedy Mitchell; his wife Odra Ruth Eddy Mitchell; his son Ralph Mitchell; his grandson Kyle Torok; and his siblings, Jim Mitchell, Brenda Glover and Elsie Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Shannon (Mike) of Fairview and Marion Mitchell, Jr. (Tonya) of McCurdysville; his grandchildren, Amanda Ridenour (Mike), Candice Mitchell (Dan), Tamera Mitchell, Blaze Tate and Damian Mitchell (Shania); his great grandchildren, Skyler Torok, Madeline Mayo, Ethan Mayo and Brody Torok; and his siblings, Claude Mitchell and Ruby Glover.
