She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy L. Wilson and Wanetta W. Wildman Wilson; her husband Ronald E. Radcliff; and her daughter Melissa Radcliff. She is survived by: her children, Ronald E. Radcliff, Jr. (Audrey) of Pawleys Island, SC and Michelle L. McKeller (Jimmy) of St. Albans, WV; her granddaughters, Molly, Emma Rose and Piper; and her sisters, Dollie Sumpter (Mack) of Stuarts Draft, VA, Mary Masters (Robert) of Morgantown and Bonnie Curtis (Richard) of Fairmont.

“With love and friendship. A piece of my heart is missing for my dear friend more like a sister and aches for not being able to say goodbye. Judy is in the hands of God and Ron and Melissa and parents. Many people will have walked in and out of my life; however, only a true friend will leave footprints in your heart.
