She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard L. Townsend and Cordelia A. Harris Townsend; her husband James R. Hamrick; her daughter Jo Ann "Toby" Owens; her siblings, Frank "Bo" (Yvonne Townsend), Wanda (Paul Kerekes) and Lillian (Frank Parker); and her brothers-in-law, Cleo Hamrick and Guy (Louise Jean Hamrick).
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Ann "Becky" (Tim Conrad) of Fairmont and James Joseph "Beaver" (Cheryl Hamrick) of Rivesville; her grandchildren, Jamie (Tommy Kerns), Kris Owens, Jeremy (Lindsey Owens), Kyle Joseph (Zita Hamrick) and Kaylee (Matt Shoemaker); her children-in-law, Larry (Kim Owens) of Monongah and Robin Hamrick of Rivesville; and her sisters-in-law, Judy (Edward Smith) of Rivesville and Janice Hamrick of Rivesville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
