He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Sue Hetrick Suba; his grandparents, Mary Suba, Charlie Ray and Nellie Martin; and his aunts, Connie Broll Suba and Diana DiPetta.
He is survived by: his parent James Richard "Jimbo"; his wife Pam Suba of Rivesville, WV; his siblings, Crystal Suba Oliver of Fairmont, WV, Gloria Scotchel (Frankie Alvaro) of Fairmont, WV and Jeff Suba of Myrtle Beach, SC; his great-grandparent Clara Jean DeMoss of Grafton; his uncles, Merry Ann Kish of Rivesville, WV, Stanley Suba of Girard, OH, Rodney Martin, Kepper Martin of Rivesville, WV, Ellen Mae, Jack Ogden of Rivesville, WV, Huey Martin of Fairmont, WV, Larry DiPetta, Bev Stewart and Bill Stewart; his cousins, Steven Kish, Tina Kish, Jennifer Potts, Doug Potts, Adam Martin, Lori Martin, Larry Lee, Cindi DiPetta, Johnny DiPetta, Marsha Hall, Brent Hall, Chad Crezenzi, Billy Martin, Brandon Stewart, Melissa Lileas, Joe Lileas, Derek Suba, Melissa Suba, Cynthia Kish Weaver, Miranda Ogden and Jason Ogden; and his close friends, Creed Holder, Dave Bohn, Guy Panrell and Kenny Morris.
