He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Guy Morgan and Addie Mabel Ashcraft Morgan; and his brother Eugene Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Ann Sharps Morgan; his children, Todd Morgan (Misty) of Fairmont, WV, Jeff Morgan (Kelly Osbourn-Hamrick) of Rivesville and Jackie Morgan Pingley (Tim) of Vienna, WV; and his grandchildren, Tyler Morgan (Tatiana), Mason Pingley, Zoe Pingley and Zack Morgan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
