She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Konopko and Stella Spooner Konopko; her husband John Edward Mahalick; her sister Linda (Bill Smith); her brother-in-law Larney Cain; her nephew Larney Cain, Jr.; and her niece Cathy Gonzales.
She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Mahalick of Rivesville, Dave (Aneisha Mahalick) of Morgantown and Michael Mahalick of Rivesville; her grandchildren, Isabelle, Sophia, Klayden and Yash Mahalick; her siblings, Dr. Catherine Cain of Springfield, OH and Chester (KiKi Konopko) of Millington, TN.; her close friends, Sharon (Joey Husty) of Fairmont and Patty (Jim Summers) of Rivesville; and her nieces, Allison Kramer of Philadelphia, PA, Tina (William "Matt" Matthews) of Ankani, Wendy (Scott Boggs) of Springfield, OH and Lori (Rich Robinson) of Springfield, OH.
