He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Russell Bunner, Sr. and Flordell Harding Bunner; his wife Diana Bunner; and his sisters, Jill Perry and Crystal Flannagan.
He is survived by: his sisters, Kimberly Mills of Fairmont, Karen Hanson of Fairmont and Roberta Carpenter (John); his nephews, Hunter and Payton Carpenter; and his pet Darby. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Every donation will go towards the costs for Rusty's final arrangements.
