She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Arbogast and Kate Arbogast (Bennett); her former husband Alvin Hinkle; her husband William Frankfort "Seymore" Simmons; her children, Albinus Hinkle and Debra Hinkle; and her siblings, Ronald Arbogast, Elmer Arbogast, Dessie Hedrick, Sylvia Moats and Bessie Vandevander.
She is survived by: her children, Wilma Hinkle of Riverton, WV, Peggy Hinkle (Russell Thompson) of Riverton, WV, Sherry Cook of Moorefield, WV and Bobby Hinkle of Riverton, WV; her brothers, Akie Arbogast of Elkins, WV and Randolph Arbogast of Cherry Grove, WV; and her grandchildren, Steven Hinkle and Brittany Cook.
