It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ruth Thompson (Riverton, West Virginia), who passed away on April 19, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hedrick and Florence Hedrick; and her siblings, Joana Hedrick, Ruby Crown, Frances Halterman and Paul Hedrick.
She is survived by: her children, Linda L. Thompson Wimer, Paul Delmas Thompson, Deborah A. Thompson Smith, Jeffrey B. Thompson, Connie L. Thompson Comer and Stacey E. Thompson; her great grandchildren, Michael Humphries, Addison Sponaugle, Jaylen McNair, Tyce McNair, Alliyah McNair, Alex Withers, Sasha Smith, Katie Thompson, Micah Thompson, Andrew Thompson and Mary Jane Thompson; her sisters, Lovaine Warner (Roy Barth) and Sarah Smith (Bruce); and her husband Paul.
