He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie J. Bennett and Mabel Bennett (Warner); his brother Glenn Bennett; his nephews, Bill and David Bennett; and his brother-in-law Vernon C. Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bennett (Mullenax); his sons, Randy C. Bennett and Jimmie Bennett (Vickie) of Riverton, WV; his grandchildren, J. Isaac Bennett (Kaylee) of Franklin and Allison M. Bennett (Jacob) of Riverton; his great grandchild Reece Mae Bennett; and his sister Ruth Simmons of Franklin, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
