He was predeceased by: his father Estyl Wade Ruddle; and his uncle David James Ruddle. He is survived by: his mother Lucy Ruddle (Hott) of Elkins, WV; his spouse Johnnie Louise Ruddle (Warner); his children, Jennifer Ruddle of Lubbock, TX and Zach Ruddle of Lubbock, TX.; his grandchild Bergynn Ruddle; and his cousin Bobbie R. Ruddle of Wilmington, NC..
