He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Warner and Joy Warner (Harper); his grandson Isaiah Warner; and his siblings, Samuel Warner and Gae Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Warner (Huffman); his children, Julie Bland (Andy) of Franklin, WV, Nathaniel Warner (Amy) of Franklin, WV and Brian Warner (Crystal) of Franklin, WV; and his grandchildren, Cayden, Kolton, Rylan, Kinzley and Dalton.
