She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kurvc and Elizabeth Kurvc (Seni); her husband Joseph Shipek; and her sons, Joseph Shipek, Sr. and David Shipek.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Speece (Robert) of Riverton, WV and Daniel Shipek (Caren) of Blairsville, GA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
