He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Stevens (Fluharty) of Mannington, WV; his mother-in-law Karen Lynne Stevens (Wimer); his daughter Jessica Nicole Stevens of Seneca Rocks, WV; and his sisters, Vickie Anderson (Dan) of Mannington, WV, Donna Stevens of Mannington, WV and Robin Prickett (Larry) of Monumental, WV..
