She is survived by: her parent Rhea Gae Harper (Kimble); her spouse Silas Donald Ratliff; her children, Sheri Lynn Ratliff of Odenton, MD and Brian Keith Ratliff; her sister Mamie Marie Smith; her husband Frederick Jr. of Beltsville, MD; her brother Kenneth Harper; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Stonie and Brittany Starr Ratliff.
