She is survived by: her children, Thomas Payne, Patrick Hartley, Kenneth R. Hartley (Janette) and Toni Newman (Brian); and her son-in-law Michael Perry. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ravenswood Cemetery (203 Gibbs St, Ravenswood, WV 26164).
