She was predeceased by: her husband Ottmer B. Mitchell; her parents, Merrill Williams and Gladys Williams; and her sister Elaine Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Ottmer B. Mitchell III and Barbara Bascue (Joshua); her grandson Ottmer B. Mitchell IV; and her friends, Emma Dominguez and Shaumber Zirkle. She is also survived by several brothers and sister as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
