He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Perry and Polly Ann Perry; his son Raymond Perry Jr.; his siblings, Ronnie Perry and Vickie Perry; and his sister-in-law Sandy Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Perry (Harris); his daughter Tabatha Thomas; his stepson Chris Tolley; and his siblings, Mike Perry and Brenda Dixon (Johnny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
