It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ravena Josephine Rhodes of Ripley, West Virginia, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otmer Camdon and Polly Anderson (Chancey); her husband Jamie Rhodes; and her siblings, Norman Anderson, Mary Lou Rinehart and Phyllis Jean Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Rhodes (Judith), Larry Camden Rhodes (Lisa), Carolyn Faye Powell (Ernie), Chuck Rhodes (Terri), Ricky Rhodes (Crisy), Timmy Rhodes (Patty), Angela Rhodes and Gregory Mark Rhodes; and her sister Naomi Williams. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
