He is survived by: his wife Deanna Stone King; his children, Todd King (August) and Amanda Shaffer (Steve); his grandchildren, Ethan King (Lisa), Daryn Myers (Wade), Evan King, Avery, Quentin, Callie and Griffin Shaffer; his great grandchild Clarke Myers; his sister Phyllis Cline (Bob); his brothers-in-law, Joe Bonnett (Erika) and Harry Harris; and his cousin Buster Starcher. He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews and special friend.
