He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Perrine and Hazel Perrine (Neselrotte); his siblings, Douglas, Delbert Perrine, Joanna Messenger and Helen Campbell; and his sons, Donald Ray and Douglas Wayne Perrine.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Rose Perrine (Friend); his son Rick Perrine (Cindy) of Ripley; his brother Eli Perrine (Evelyn) of Erbacon, WV.; his grandsons, Matt Perrine (Amy) of Petersburg, WV, Doug Jr. (Michelle), Ricky (Cayla) and Bill Perrine; and his daughter-in-law Connie Perrine of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ripley Baptist Temple (320 Charleston Dr, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
