He was predeceased by: his parents, George Oscar and Mary Lee Jackson (Osborne); and his siblings, Patricia Justice, Linda Wagers, Raymond Jackson and Kenneth Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Jackson (Tallman); his children, Ashley Virginia Lee Casto (Derrick), Mark Edward Jackson Jr. and Erica Kay Oliger (Matthew); his sisters, Gerogetta Jackson, Sandy Weisbecker, Judith Gullett and Evelyn Frisbee; and his grandchildren, Sarah Noel Casto, Cassi Grace Casto, Lincoln Paul Casto, Lily Oliger, Charlie Oliger, Mikaela Oliger and Kordell Edward Oliger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
