She is survived by: her spouse Earl Welch Bailey; and her daughters, Charlotte Regina "Jeannie" Bailey, Pamela Lucille Bailey Shumate (Daniel Shumate) of Ravenswood and Bloomie Yvonne Bailey Chase (Ray Chase) of Ripley. She is also survived by husband, The Rev. Earl W. Bailey; her mother.
