He was predeceased by: his parents, James Delmer and Lona May Carney (Fisher); and his sister Toni Lynn Carney. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Carney (Flesher); and his sister Jeanie Marie Phillips. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews among numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
