She was predeceased by: her parents, Hokey Hammack and Kathryn Hammack; and her brother David Wayne Hammack. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Shamblin (Randy); her siblings, Dorothy Hammack and Larry Hammack (Fonda); and her grandchild Haylee Shamblin (Travis).
