He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Seymour and Vivian Dickenson Seymour; and his siblings, Helen, Arthur and Dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Wyco Seymour; his daughters, Kimberly Napora (Bo) of Oakland, MD, Karen Holland (Patrick) of Erie, PA and Katheryn Monk (Gannett) of Sissonville, WV.; and his grandchildren, Emma Holland of Chicago, IL, Olivia Hardy (Ryan) of Travelers Rest, SC, Grace Holland of Chicago, IL, Luke Holland (Kellie-Sue) of Erie, PA, Jackson and Sawyer Monk of Sissonville, WV.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
