He was predeceased by: his parents, French Groves and Opal Westfall Groves; and his brothers, John, Bill and Larry Groves.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Groves (Kerwood); his sons, Jason Groves (Kristin), Tim Groves (Kelly) and Jimmy Groves (Hilary); his grandchildren, Morgan, Adelyn, Brooklyn, Jameson and Fallon; and his siblings, Bobby Groves, Zella Fisher, Mary Hoselton and Brenda Sheets.
