He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Rawlings and Gladys Rawlings (Likens); his former wife Sybil Rawlings (Swiger); his wife Thelma Rawlings (Shinn); his siblings, Janis Geoghgan, James and Ed Rawlings; and his granddaughter Kim Houchins.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Rawlings (Janie) and Ernie Rawlings; his grandchildren, Ryan Rawlings (Tessa), Justin Rawlings (Heather), Amy Morehead and Sherry Bett; and his great grandchildren, Kylee, Melina, Mack, Sadi Rawlings, Megan Stewart, Allison Houchins, Carley and Rae Bett.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Truman's memory to Epworth United Methodist Church, 299 N. Church St., Ripley, WV 25271.
