He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Crockett and Juanita Johnson Crockett. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Thaxton Crockett; his children, Michael Crockett, Melissa Crockett Smith and Regina Crockett; and his siblings, Sandra Kennedy of Ripley and Bobby Crockett of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
His Parkinson and Dementia may have taken him over, but we have comfort in knowing he is at peace.
