He was predeceased by: his parents, Holly D. Casto and Frances Karr Casto (Street); his brothers, Jeems E. "Jim" Casto and William E. "Bill" Casto; and his granddaughter Jazmin Lee Casto.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Harpold Casto; his children, Kimberly Herron (Randy), Kevin Casto (Paula) and Kerry Casto (Jackie); his grandson Shane Casto (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Jadyn, Bryson and Kamryn; his grandchild Scottie Casto (Kelsea); his great grandchildren, Payton (Ethan), Zoe and Brody; his grandchild Kelsey Casto; his great grandchildren, Ace and Emersyn; his granddaughter Holly Fell (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Maci and Maddox; his grandson Tony Casto (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Kaylin and Jaylee; his grandchild Karli Toothman (Hunter); his great grandchild Colbie; and also, Cooper and Brynlee Weekley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Epworth United Methodist Church (299 N Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations in memory of Dick to Epworth United Methodist Church, 299 Church St N, Ripley, WV 25271 or the American Heart Association.
