He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Chapman. He is survived by: his parents, Gerry Chapman of Ripley, WV. and Carl Chapman of Ripley, WV.; and his siblings, Roger of Pasadena, Sarah of Woodstock, GA and Betsy of Charleston, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
