He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Parsons and Jacquelin Lee Parsons (Board); and his brothers, Jeff Parsons and Doug Parsons. He is survived by: his brother Don Parsons (Debbie); his sister-in-law Becky Mullins; his nieces and nephews, Emily Durst (Justin), Lily Beth Boyd (Billy), Mandy Rhodes (Derek), David Ball (Jessica), Ryan Parsons and Ronnie Mullins (Kelli); and his pet Harley.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bruce's memory to Jackson County.
