He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kelley and Stella Harrison Kelley; and his sister Ernestine Gail Kelley. He is survived by: his sisters, Rachel Burgess and Jennifer McMorrow; his nieces, Laura Ridenour, Susanna Heaths and April Sambrano; his nephew Dylan McMorrow; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wyatt Ridenour, Elizabeth Ridenour, Harley Williams and Jakobi Heaths.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evans Cemetery.
