He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Lockhart and Belva Lockhart; his wife Wilda Mae Utt; and his sister Wilma Wells. He is survived by: his children, Birdie Ann Wood (Nick) of Ripley, Brent Lockhart (Criss) of Barboursville and Brian Lockhart of Port Republic, VA; his grandchildren, Benjamin Lockhart (Mittra), Brooke Phillips (John), Brittany Miller and Brandy Lockhart (Jonathan); his stepgrandsons, Lewis and John "Manny" Pauley; his great grandchildren, Declan, Connelly Lockhart, Madison, Weston Phillips, Dylan Lockhart, Kieran Albright and Nadia Miller; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jack and Margo Pauley; and his brother-in-law Delmar "Bub" Utt of Liverpool, WV..
