Joyce Nichols Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Nichols of Rio, West Virginia, who passed away on May 18, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Conard and Elnora Conard (Combs); her husbands, Stelman Dove and James Nichols; and her grandson Shawn Allen Billmeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Billmeyer (E. T.) of Romney, WV, Ivan Dove (Tammy) of Rio, WV, Bobby Dove (Laura) of Winchester, VA and Randy Dove (Diane) of Yellow Springs; her brother Ross Carbaugh (Arleen) of Stephens City, VA.; and her great grandchildren, Erica Billmeyer of Rio, WV, Eric Billmeyer (Sarah), Derek Dove of Rio, WV, Hannah Dove (Kayla Joyner), Rebekah Smith (Caleb), Mackenzie Billmeyer, Luke Billmeyer, Cristal Dove, Canaan Smith and Beau Allen Smith. She is also survived by numerous cousins and many loving friends as well as step-children and step grand and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ebenezer Lutheran Church, the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
