He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Timbrook and Audra Winters (Michael); and his brothers, Carl Timbrook, Dennis Timbrook and Robert Winters.

He is survived by: his siblings, David Timbrook (Steve) of Winchester, VA, Joyce Shanholtz of Keyser, WV and Lisa Staub of Rio, WV; and his partner Pat Carson of Shanks, WV..
