He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Smoot; and his brother-in-law Steve Billmeyer. He is survived by: his mother Sue Harrison; and his siblings, Chuck Smoot (Kathy), Vanessa Racey (Jeremy) and Jessica Billmeyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
