It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Omer James Hinkle of Rig, West Virginia, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldie Everett and Ollie Franklin Hinkle (Eye); his daughter Penny Lynn Riggleman; and his siblings, Orpha Imperio and Ralph Hinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Hinkle (Delawder); his children, Susan Mongold (Buck) of Petersburg, WV, Christine Wiley (Kerry) of Charleston, WV and Steve Hinkle (Valerie) of Moorefield, WV; his sister-in-law Phoebe Hinkle of Petersburg, WV; and his son-in-law Buck Riggleman of Petersburg, WV. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; and 14 Great-grandchildren.
