She was predeceased by: her sisters, Blanche (Billie) and Helen; and her siblings-in-law, Sarah Peters, Robert Elkins and Fred Mackey.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Gaunch (Michael) of Evans, WV, Sue Peros of So and James Wayne Turley (Nancy) of Ridgeview, WV.; her brothers, Clyde Peters (June) of Ripley, WV, Leonard Peters of Charleston, WV, Norman Peters (Kaye) of Top Sail, NC and Harold Dean Peters of Fairmont, WV; her grandchildren, Michael Gaunch (Lori), Jennifer Gygax (Daniel), Jacqueline, Jessica and Kristen Helmick (Paul); her children, Daniel Scott, Lily Scott, Amy Scott (Jason), Ashby, Jaycee, Jamison, Audrey and Uriah; her great grandchild Dravet; and also Uriah.
In lieu of flowers: Mom was gravely concerned for her great-grandson who has Dravet syndrome (rare form of epilepsy), Uriah, and there is current fundraising for the travel and care needed to secure his therapy dog for his seizures.
