She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Browning and Easter Browning; her brother Timothy Browning; and her father-in-law Alfred Kinser. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Kinser Sr.; her mother-in-law Eleanor Kinser; her children, Amanda Perez (James), Franklin Payne (Mary) and Ricky Kinser (Mary); her sister Elizabeth Lilly; her grandchildren, John Lilly II, Hannah Lilly, Eric Conley Jr., Makayla Austin, Ward Kinser, Franklin Payne, Abagail Payne and Hunter Kinser; and her great grandchild Adelyn Lilly.
