He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Harold Rice, Sr. and Betty Lee Rice (Messick); and his significant other Sandra Kay Rice. He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Jo Rice and Amber Taylor (Joseph); his grandchildren, Bryce, Destinee Barney, Jayden, Jaleel and Talia Taylor; and his siblings, Mary Marrale (Mike), Richard Rice, Jr. (Linda) and Patricia Webb (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
