He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lewis and Ethel Walls Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Lewis (Jones); his children, Michelle Crock of Cumberland, MD and Todd Lewis of Ridgeley, WV; and his siblings, Peggy Hott of Romney, WV, Robert Householder of Delaware, Larry Lewis of Points, WV and Jerry Lewis of Huntington, WV. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
